By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its AI generation capabilities.

To process prompts, uploaded media, and generation requests using internal systems and approved third-party AI model providers.

To manage accounts, authenticate users, process payments, provide customer support, and send transactional communications.

To detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, unauthorized access, security incidents, and illegal activity.

To analyze usage trends, improve product performance, develop new features, and enhance safety systems.

To send service-related announcements, updates, newsletters, promotional communications, and marketing messages where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve our services and moderation systems.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not use your private prompts, uploads, or unpublished generations to train third-party foundation AI models.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated outputs may remain stored in your account history until deleted by you or removed in accordance with our retention policies.

Uploaded input media may be temporarily retained to support generation workflows, recovery features, abuse prevention, debugging, and security monitoring.

Some information may be retained after deletion requests where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, enforcement, or legitimate business purposes.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information with trusted service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, AI model providers, moderation services, and email delivery providers.

Third-party AI providers may process prompts and uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Soozo, our users, or the public.

If Soozo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Public Gallery & Shared Content

If you choose to publish content to the public Explore gallery or other public surfaces, that content may become visible to registered users and visitors of the Service.

Publicly shared generations may appear in discovery feeds, promotional surfaces, recommendations, marketing materials, or curated showcases within Soozo.

You may remove shared content from public visibility at any time through available product controls, although cached or previously distributed copies may persist temporarily.

7. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve functionality, analyze traffic, and enhance security.

We may use privacy-focused analytics and operational monitoring tools to understand feature usage and improve reliability.

Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through browser settings, although disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.

Security measures may include HTTPS encryption, access controls, authentication protections, infrastructure monitoring, logging systems, and encrypted credential storage.

Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including locations where our infrastructure providers or partners operate.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or the minimum digital consent age required in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.

If we become aware that a child has provided personal information in violation of this policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
