Soozo is an AI-powered creative studio that allows users to generate images, videos, 3D models, stories, game assets, and other creative content using artificial intelligence models. We provide both free and paid subscription plans.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific requirements.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of the Service at any time without liability.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or create risk or liability for Soozo or other users.
Accounts terminated for policy violations may lose access to unused credits or subscriptions without refund.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, distribute, or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not use the Service to generate deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive synthetic media, or content intended to impersonate or harm real individuals.
You may not attempt to bypass security protections, moderation systems, usage restrictions, rate limits, or access controls.
You may not use the Service in violation of export controls, sanctions laws, or other applicable regulations.
Your use of the Service must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Soozo a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan, you may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
Soozo does not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, free from third-party claims, or eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or commercially using them.
Soozo retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the underlying software, AI systems, models, infrastructure, branding, and platform technology. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, reproduce, or resell the Service without authorization.
The Service uses a credit-based usage system. Credits are consumed when generating content or accessing paid features.
Credits, subscription fees, and usage charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the active billing period.
Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or abuse of the billing system may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, credit allocations, or billing structures with reasonable prior notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve our services, safety systems, and product performance.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, private prompts, uploads, and outputs are not used to train third-party foundation AI models.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOOZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
SOOZO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, CONTENT ERRORS, GENERATED OUTPUTS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS RELATED TO AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Soozo during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soozo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Soozo reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
We may terminate accounts of repeat intellectual property infringers.
