Pricing FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up free and get trial credits immediately - no card required.
Do credits expire?
Paid plan credits roll over and never expire. Free trial credits are one-time on signup.
Can I pay only for what I use?
Yes. Soozo is pay-per-generation: each image, video, or 3D job costs credits. Top-up packs are available anytime.
What is included on the Free plan?
Core image and video tools with a one-time trial credit bundle. Watermarked output; 3D, Character Studio, and iGaming tools require a paid plan.
How long are my generated files stored?
Your generated images and videos are stored for the period included in your plan: 7 days on Free and 7 days on Basic, 30 days on Pro, 6 months on Creator+ and 12 months on Studio. Retention starts when an asset is successfully generated, and eligible assets are automatically deleted after their retention period - download anything you want to keep before it expires. This is separate from credits, which do not expire on paid plans.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% versus paying monthly for the same plan.
