This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use Soozo’s AI-powered creative tools and services, including image, video, 3D asset, story, game asset, editing, and generative AI features.
By accessing or using Soozo, you agree to comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use Soozo to create, upload, distribute, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
• Sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors in any form. This is a zero-tolerance category and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement where required.
• Explicit sexual content, pornography, non-consensual nudity, or sexually exploitative material involving real or fictional persons.
• Deepfakes, impersonation content, synthetic identity fraud, or realistic depictions of identifiable individuals without appropriate consent.
• Misleading or deceptive synthetic media intended to manipulate public perception, impersonate real events, spread misinformation, or deceive others.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, self-harm, suicide promotion, or content glorifying violence against people or animals.
• Hate speech, extremist propaganda, terrorism-related content, or content promoting violence, discrimination, or harassment against protected groups.
• Content that facilitates illegal activities including fraud, phishing, hacking, malware distribution, drug manufacturing, human trafficking, scams, or unauthorized surveillance.
• Defamatory, abusive, threatening, or targeted harassment directed at real individuals or organizations.
• Attempts to generate copyrighted assets, logos, trademarks, branded characters, or proprietary content in ways that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Spam, automated abuse, engagement manipulation, mass-generated deceptive content, or attempts to artificially inflate traffic or platform activity.
• Attempts to bypass moderation systems, policy safeguards, account restrictions, or technical limitations of the Service.
Certain capabilities may be restricted, monitored, or require additional verification due to safety, legal, or abuse-prevention concerns.
Restricted or monitored features may include:
• Realistic face editing, identity-preserving generation, or body transformation workflows.
• High-resolution exports involving realistic human faces or biometric resemblance.
• Bulk generation, automated scripting, or API-based workflows.
• Political, election-related, or public-figure-related content generation.
Soozo reserves the right to limit, deny, or revoke access to restricted features at any time.
Content generated through Soozo is produced by artificial intelligence systems and may contain inaccuracies, unintended similarities, hallucinations, biased outputs, or other unexpected results.
Soozo does not guarantee the originality, factual accuracy, legality, safety, or suitability of generated outputs.
AI-generated outputs:
• May resemble existing works, brands, individuals, or copyrighted materials.
• Should not be relied upon as factual, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• May contain unintended artefacts, distortions, or culturally sensitive content.
• Require human review before publication, commercial usage, or public distribution.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any generated output.
When uploading content to Soozo, you represent and warrant that:
• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it.
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in uploaded media where required by law.
• Your uploads do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of third parties.
• Your uploads do not contain illegal, malicious, deceptive, or prohibited material.
You grant Soozo a limited licence to process uploaded content solely for operating and providing the requested Service functionality.
Soozo uses automated systems, human review, abuse detection tools, and safety monitoring processes to enforce this policy.
Violations may result in:
• Removal or blocking of violating content.
• Temporary feature restrictions or account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Forfeiture of credits, subscriptions, or paid balances without refund where permitted by law.
• Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where legally required.
Soozo reserves the right to review prompts, uploads, outputs, and account activity for policy enforcement, abuse prevention, security, and legal compliance purposes.
Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans.
